Account suspended?

Hi guys,

Can you help? I've just registered (stormradiouk) and after paying via Paypal i've tried to log in using the username I registered. I couldn't get in so reset my password and i realised i used to haev an account called "stormfmlon" - i tried that and its saying suspended?

I'm now getting this email through but I cannot log in

Hi there,

It seems as though you did not complete the process of the sign-up or perhaps there was some kind of error when creating the account as the account 'stormradiouk' has not been created?

What we have done is re-activated your old account for you 'stormfmlon'. Did you want us to transfer the recent bandwidth purchase that you made to this account or manually create the new account for you and add the bandwidth to this account?
