Your really over thinking it "looking for producers, engineers, technicians" Your site template is good, just needs a couple of hours coding to make it fully functional. Once set up it runs itself, you just have to code in new DJ's and schedule. I build full radio stations in a matter of hours...

At Sonic no applications, no boxes to tick, no hoops to jump through! Send an email, I send back an encoder you go on air for thirty mins. If your ok you stay if not I will recommend a station more suited to your style or we part company. Its a spare time hobby not an application to be the CEO...

I think if a station with say up to 30 listeners pays for a license in their country are at least trying to pay royalties. Its the wanna be stations popping up everywhere that don't attempt to pay any dues to copy write material are the ones needing to be targeted. I pay my license every year...
