Yeah, I get the same issue. All we know is their website: https://thecoast.fm/ We don't have any extra communication channels.

I left an mtr trace running over the last few days and I haven't seen any packet loss to that IP so it doesn't look like there's any issue with that side of the network. Strange...

Yes, this is not a limit imposed by us unfortunately. You can use an Icecast server if you wish to not have to pay Shoutcast for streaming above 128 kbps.

Not yet, is your radio stream https or http ? If you can stream under https this will help the issue.
